Getting started

1. Open Stockwyn in your Shopify admin and choose the locations whose stock may be sold on eBay.
2. Connect your eBay account.
3. Link your eBay listings to your Shopify products and check the preview before anything is changed.

Frequently asked questions

Does the app create, edit or delete eBay listings?

No. It changes only the available quantity of listings you linked, and only while “Out-of-stock control” is on in your eBay account, so a listing that reaches 0 is kept instead of ended. If the setting is off, Stockwyn changes nothing and tells you.

What happens when stock is unclear?

The app never guesses and never raises a quantity on unclear stock. Depending on your eBay settings it sets the quantity to 0 or leaves the listing unchanged, and shows you a warning.

How do I cancel?

Open Stockwyn → Plans → Cancel subscription, or uninstall the app. Billing runs through Shopify and stops with the cancellation.

How do I get my data deleted?

Uninstall the app: all data about your shop is deleted automatically after Shopify's deletion request. For anything else, email hello@stockwyn.com.
